Really good shopping experience with William Wood. Informative and detailed emails prior to delivery, especially since their products are large and weighty. Was given contact details for my delivery driver, with specific time slot. Delivery was also a super fast turn around from shopping online on a Sunday evening, and delivery the following Tuesday. Will most definitely shop here again.

I was interested in ordering the Bexley black industrial mirror from William Wood. Unfortunately, the mirror was out of stock. What a fantastic company to deal with from start to finish. I was kept up to date as they contacted their suppliers. To my delight one was found. I then had frequent messages to let me know where my order was. The courier service was also very professional letting me know when the delivery would be. I would highly recommend this company, they truly understand customer service.
